Is Mg dangerous?

A

Mg is active in powder form which can be used for fireworks. But it is stable in sheet form. Due to its lightness, Mg products are widely used for the mobile device housings and automotive parts. Please refer the site below; International Magnesium Association

Can I carry it onto aircraft? Can I send it by mail?

A

Aqumo Candle is not classified as battery when it is in dry state. Therefore, you can put it in your hand carry baggage. You can also send Aqumo Candle by mail.

How can I use Aqumo Candle?

Can I use Aqumo Candle in dipping state?

A

Please dip the bottom of Aqumo Candle for just few seconds, and pull it out immediately. If you keep it in water, the product life is greatly reduced.

It went out only 3 days…

A

Do you add water too often? Dipping once in 1~2 days, and ~1ml is sufficient. Excess dipping would decrease the product life.

It seems LED is self-illuminating.

A

As Aqumo Candle is activated by water, it sometimes self illuminate under humid conditions (bath room, summer, tropical area, etc). The effect on product life is often negligible. Please place it in cool/dry place or freezers to extinct. If it is still illuminating, put it with desiccators in a seal bag (ex. Ziploc). It gradually extinct.

Is it possible to send Aqumo candle by mail?

A

Aqumo candle is not considered as battery as long as putting water, so it is possible to send it by mail. Please apply as LED light for detailed description of posting contents.

How can you discard Aqumo candle after use?

A

It can be discarded as unburnable garbage in principle. Please ask for precise info to each local goverment.
